What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For styles from our existing catalog of 77 styles, MOQ starts at 100–200 pairs depending on the model. Fully custom OEM development (new last and patterns) typically starts at 1,000 pairs. Read the full breakdown in MOQ Explained.

Can I mix colors and sizes for one style?

Yes. Mixed sizes and colors are acceptable within the same style, as long as the total quantity meets the MOQ of that style. Different styles cannot be combined to reach the MOQ.

How much do samples cost?

Sample cost depends on the style — we quote it with your inquiry. For in-stock styles, we can offer a free sample; you only cover the courier fee. If the pair needs to be produced fresh — even for an existing catalog style — a sample fee applies. Brand-new pattern development (your own design from scratch) is quoted case by case.

How long does sampling and production take?

Sampling usually takes 7–12 days plus international courier time, so you can hold a sample roughly 2–3 weeks after confirming the spec. Bulk production for 100–500 pair orders based on existing styles normally takes 20–35 days after sample approval. Full timeline: How the OEM/ODM Process Works.

What are your payment terms?

We work with a deposit + balance structure: production starts after the deposit, and the balance is settled before shipment. The exact ratio is confirmed per order, based on order size and our cooperation history — we keep terms flexible for long-term partners.

Can you manufacture our own design (OEM)?

Yes. Share reference photos, sketches or a tech pack, and our pattern makers translate them into a factory-ready specification. One or two rounds of sample revisions are standard before bulk production.

Can you add our logo and custom packaging?

Yes. We support insole logo printing, embossing, custom hardware, branded boxes, dust bags and care cards, aligned with your target market.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide by sea and air — including Europe, North America, Japan, the Middle East and Southeast Asia — and prepare all required export documents.
