From Tech Pack to Shelf: Timeline
Sampling, 7–12 days
First sample built to your spec, shipped by international express (3–7 days in transit).
Sample confirmation
You check fit, materials and finishing; revisions are made until the reference sample is sealed.
Bulk production, 20–35 days
Confirmed orders enter the production line with in-line checks at cutting, stitching and lasting.
Pre-shipment
Final inspection pair by pair before packing; test reports can be provided on request.
MOQ & Size Runs
Styles based on our existing lasts start at 100–200 pairs per style, and mixed sizes within a run are standard practice. Fully new developments (new last or new sole mold) are quoted case by case — tell us the target volume and we will advise the most economical route.
Private Label FAQ
Do you work from our tech pack?
Yes. A tech pack is the ideal starting point — we confirm every item (last, upper material, lining, outsole, stitching, hardware, packaging) before sampling, and the sealed reference sample becomes the production standard.
Can we have exclusive styles or molds?
Yes. Styles developed from your designs are produced exclusively for your brand and are not offered to other clients. Mold ownership and exclusivity terms are written into the order agreement.
What branding options do you support?
Debossing, embroidery, foil stamping and woven labels on the shoe itself, plus custom insoles, hangtags, dust bags and box printing. Branding is quoted together with the shoe so there are no surprise add-ons.
