Corporate Uniform Leather Shoes Manufacturer for Uniform Suppliers & Distributors
Uniform programs live and die on three things: every pair looking identical across batches, every size staying available, and the same model still being orderable when staff turnover demands a top-up next year. This page explains how we build for exactly that.

Your Requirements vs Our Build
| Unified brand image | The last and spec sheet are locked and archived per client program — every reorder follows the same documented standard. |
| Color consistency across batches | Leather is dyed from the same vat batch per run, and retained samples from each run are sealed and filed for comparison. |
| Reorder continuity | Lasts, patterns and process records are kept on file so a reorder months later matches the original delivery. |

Sealed standard
Approved sample is signed and sealed — the reference for every future batch.
Bulk production, 20–35 days
Sized and packed per your staff list, cartons labeled by size for easy distribution.
Reorders
Repeat orders follow the archived spec — no re-sampling needed for identical styles.
MOQ & Size Distribution

Uniform Program FAQ
Can you match our existing shoe model?
Yes — send a reference sample or detailed photos with measurements, and we will build to match appearance and fit. Matching sampling follows the standard 7–12 day timeline.
How do you ensure color consistency across repeat orders?
Each production run uses leather dyed in the same vat batch, and a retained sample from your original run is sealed on file. New batches are checked against the sealed sample before packing.
What is the reorder lead time?
Reorders of sealed styles enter production directly — bulk lead time is 20–35 days from confirmation. No new sampling cycle is needed for identical styles.
